Friends of Music in Mayfield

The Friends of Music in Mayfield (FMM), provides funds for the encouragement and continuance of music in Mayfield in the following ways:

To create funds for worthwhile musical projects which would not otherwise be self-supporting financially.
To provide funds for the performance of musical works outside the scope of normal financial resources.
To provide funds for the commission of new works for first performance in Mayfield.
To consider schemes for the provision of music scholarship for vocal and instrumental tuition for exceptionally talented children in the area whose parents could not otherwise afford the fees.
To provide funds for new instruments in specially deserving cases.
To donate funds to musical charities and in particular for the benefit of children and music students embarking on their careers.
